The Paul Ashford Band are . . .

Paul Ashford: vocals, bass guitar, guitar.

Paul's past experience includes working with The Chosen Few, the late Fran O'Toole and the Miami, The Furey Brothers and Dave Arthur, Mike Hanrahan from Stockton's Wing and Ronnie Drew.

He spent two years touring with 'The Killer', Jerry Lee Lewis.

Paul has numerous song writing credits with titles recorded by Joe Dolan, The Fureys, Stepaside, and his own solo records (One In Every Town, Jenny, etc.). He has played bass with Paul Brady, Mark Knopfler, Dire Straits, Joe Elliot of Def Leppard, Dolores Keane and Barbara Dickson. He has also played on many sessions and records, TV and radio.

Mark Costalot: guitar, vocals.

Mark has played with many bands including the Rob Strong Band, Stepaside, Kevin Johnson and Joe Elliot (Def Leppard). With The Negatives he toured as support for Eric Clapton.

Mark is a former prizewinner in the Texaco Children's Art Competition.

Donie Deveney: saxaphone.

The son of the late, great Charlie Deveney, Donie learnt to play sax at his father's knee. He and Paul have played together in bands on and off since childhood, including The Chosen Few (with Fran O'Toole) and Dazzle Band (with Cahir O'Doherty). In those early days he was also a member of Gentry and has been a regular around the music scene ever since.

Barry Crossen: drums.

A regular roound the Dublin music scene, Barry has played with a number of bands including Rob Strong and Stepaside.
